Marletta spent so much of her time selling my house and kept me informed of everything that was going on. She was there in heartbeat when she thought I was getting overwhelmed and would sit and talk to me about everything that was happening and calm me down. She was very tactful with buyers and realtor and kept everything moving smoothly. When it cam time for me to buy a new house she drove to the city and took me to many houses. Marietta showed me the positive as well as the negative of all houses. She found my home with her perservance. If I ever sell my house I hope Maletta is still a realtor. Marletta is very kind, thoughtful, caring and really listens to sellers/buyers. She gets the job done and keeps everyone happy. Marletta is the best!!
